If you elect a criminal what do you think you will get?

If you elect a clown what do you think you will get?

Now, if you elect both of them in one person what do you think you will get?

For those of us who served in the military or entered into government service at any level, there is a semi-standard oath of office which reads something like the following

"I, ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will Support and Defend the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES against ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN and DOMESTIC; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the president of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."  Emphasis supplied by the author.

The line which reads "according to regulations and the uniform code of military justice." prohibits officers and soldiers from having to follow orders that can be legitimately considered to be illegal, no matter who issues that order. This is perhaps more important now than ever before in American history as it appears that our current appointed and un-elected president Elon Musk, and the legally elected president Donald Trump are issuing orders that on face value are just that, ILLEGAL!

The mass firings of government employees without providing just cause is questionable at the very least. Having an un-elected and un-vetted individual ordering government employees to provide a bullet pointed list of 5 things they did during the  past week with the penalty for non-compliance being termination, sounds absurd, but it happened. The fact that this person is not a legitimate government employee would seem to make this an illegal order on its face. 

My list would probably have read as follows:

• I arrived to work on time, as expected by supervisor.
• I did my job according to the rules of the agency I work for.
• Stayed in my lane not meddling in the business of others.
• Did not slow down production with answering stupid emails.
• Kept my nose in my own business; maybe you should try this!

Shutting down government agencies on speculation of fraud or other suspected "cause" should have gone through another part of the government used for checks and balances against power grabs by another government office is on appearance illegal. Appropriating a government entity that is guaranteed solemnity in the Constitution is, or would appear to be illegal. Yet both of these actions have been taken by the dear leader of the maga party. I would think that the person who oversees the government agency would know if the agency in question had any dead people still drawing a government paycheck.

The fact that the maga members and some who are supposedly "legitimate" members of the republican party are willingly bending the knee to misters musk and trump out of fear or whatever other reason they can come up with is unreal and cowardly. All of the members of the house of representatives and senate should be ashamed of themselves. They were elected by their constituents in the state they are there to represent, and before entering office you all took an oath to protect and preserve the Constitution; not the illegally appointed and elected presidents of the nation. My advice to all of you is GROW A SPINE and do your jobs for the Americans who elected you. Keep in mind that many of you are coming up for re-election next year and are hoping to return to the office you currently occupy. Keep this up and the odds aren't going to be in your favor.

In case you haven't yet discerned the answer to the question asked previously let me enlighten you. What you have is a criminal circus run by an unqualified and unfit clown.
